Who operates this site
T. Stanford Law operates tstanfordlaw.com. For privacy questions, access, correction, or deletion requests, use the Contact page on this site. This notice covers this domain only. Following a link to another site subjects you to that site's own privacy notice.
Information we collect
When you contact us through the legal consultation form, we receive the name, email address, organization, matter category, adverse or related parties, and nonconfidential description you choose to provide. When you submit the program inquiry form for the AI & Agentic Systems Governance Masterclass, we receive the name, email address, organization, city, inquiry type, and any question you provide. If you expressly opt in to program updates, we collect your email address and that preference. We also receive basic technical information needed to serve and secure the website, such as IP address, browser, device information, requested pages, approximate access time, and security logs. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers, sensitive personal information, or confidential material through any general contact form.
How we use information
We use information to deliver and protect the site, answer inquiries, administer requests or programs that you ask about, send program updates when you opt in, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal obligations. We do not use a contact inquiry as permission to add you to a marketing list.
Who receives information
Legal consultation inquiries submitted through the Contact page are received by T. Stanford Law and processed through GoDaddy's Inbox platform to deliver and manage the inquiry. Masterclass program inquiries are routed to the Yology.ai program team at research@yology.ai via the site's email relay. A link to a related initiative does not itself transfer your form submission to that initiative. Legal consultation inquiry contents are not sent to Yology.ai. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Marketing opt-in
The program inquiry form includes an optional checkbox to receive future program updates. This checkbox is unchecked by default. If you check it, your email address will be used by Yology.ai to send program announcements. T. Stanford Law does not independently send marketing email to program inquiry contacts. You may request removal at any time by emailing research@yology.ai. Legal consultation inquiry contacts are never added to a program mailing list.
Cookies and site technologies
This site stores a single item in your browser's localStorage to remember your cookie consent preference. No advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or behavioral profiling are currently enabled on this site. Analytics are not currently active. If analytics are enabled in the future, this notice will be updated before activation to describe the provider, purpose, and your choices. You may clear your browser's localStorage at any time through your browser settings.
Retention and security
Legal consultation inquiry information is retained by T. Stanford Law in accordance with applicable professional rules and record-keeping obligations. Program inquiry information is retained by the Yology.ai program team for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you opted in, to send program updates. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children and international access
This site is directed to adults and is not intended to collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us through the Contact page. This site is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through either form, subject to applicable exceptions. For program inquiries, contact research@yology.ai. For legal consultation inquiries, contact T. Stanford Law directly through the Contact page.
Changes to this notice
We will post material changes here with a new effective date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice.
