Executive AI War Games · T. Stanford Law × Yology.ai
AI & Agentic — Systems · Operations · Governance
A three-part executive series on controlling AI before it controls the outcome. Each session is a live war game: your team, a real-world AI scenario, and the decisions that determine whether you stay in command.
The series-wide proposition
AI systems are already making decisions, routing information, and taking action inside your organization. The question is not whether to use them — it is whether you understand what they are doing, who is accountable when they go wrong, and how to stay in control as they become more autonomous. This series gives executives and their teams a structured, scenario-based method for answering those questions before a real incident forces the issue.
The Series
Three sessions. One through-line: stay in command.
Series I / SYSTEMS
When AI Goes Rogue
Protecting Your Clients and Your Team When Algorithms Take Control
The opening session examines what happens when an AI system behaves in ways its operators did not anticipate — and what controls, escalation paths, and human checkpoints should have been in place. Participants work through a facilitated scenario and leave with a practical framework for evaluating their own AI deployments.
Format: Executive AI War Game + interactive briefing and roundtable
Maintain control. Understand your vehicle. Know the rules of the road. Get where you want to go.
Series II / OPERATIONS
Governance of Agentic AI & Autonomous Workflows
When the System Acts Without Being Asked
The second session moves from reactive control to proactive governance. Participants examine agentic AI systems — those that plan, act, and adapt without step-by-step human instruction — and work through the organizational design questions that determine whether those systems remain accountable. Topics include permissions architecture, human-in-the-loop design, vendor oversight, and workflow audit.

Series III / GOVERNANCE
The Road Ahead
Preparing for the Next Turn in Autonomous AI
The third session looks forward. As AI systems become more capable and more autonomous, the governance frameworks organizations build today will determine their exposure tomorrow. Participants examine emerging regulatory directions, liability frameworks, and the organizational decisions that will define how AI is governed at scale.

AI & Agentic Systems Governance Masterclass
The Masterclass is the deeper governance education program that runs alongside the war game series. Where the war games are scenario-based and team-focused, the Masterclass provides the legal, regulatory, and organizational governance framework that makes those scenarios meaningful. Presented by T. Stanford Law and Yology.ai. Southern California pilot in development.
No MCLE or CLE credit is advertised. This is an executive education program, not a legal services engagement.
Request program detailsWho the series is for
Executives, operations leaders, in-house legal and compliance professionals, HR leaders, security leaders, and teams responsible for AI adoption decisions. No coding experience is required. The series is designed for people who set direction, manage risk, and are accountable for outcomes.
Bring a team
The war game format is designed for cross-functional groups. Bring colleagues from operations, legal or compliance, HR, security, and finance to examine a shared hypothetical AI workflow. Ask about a reserved team table or a separately scoped private workshop.
