About
Legal strategy shaped by working inside the systems it governs.
T. Stanford Law is an individual legal practice focused on professional responsibility, AI ethics, governance, data rights, and the disputes that arise when those frameworks are tested. The practice is built on the premise that effective legal counsel for intelligent systems requires direct experience with how those systems actually work — not just how they are described in contracts and policy documents.
That experience comes from independent work in AI research (Entropica SPC, Yology.ai), scientific data infrastructure (SETImap, Aetherion), and publishing (T. Stanford Studios, Rights of Nature Network). Those initiatives are separately operated and are not legal services — but they are the reason the legal work is grounded in operational reality rather than abstraction.
The attorney's background spans complex commercial litigation, technology transactions, AI governance, and public-interest legal work. Litigation credibility is not incidental to the advisory practice — it is what gives governance architecture and ethics counsel their practical force.
